I work with adult women who are navigating anxiety, stress, life, transitions, and the emotional weight that can come from past experiences.
Many of the women I work with are used to showing up for others, but find themselves feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they're ready to change.
At The Grace Space, my approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when you are given both grace to grow and space to be... without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, process what you've been carrying, and begin to move forward with greater clarity and stability.
Our work focuses on understanding what's contributing to your current challenges while building practical tools to support meaningful change. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and prolonged exposure, to help clients process difficult experiences and develop healthier ways of coping.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or the impact of past trauma, therapy can be a space where you are supported as you grow, heal, and move forward.
For clients who desire it, I also integrate a Christian perspective in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
